Mesquite Continuation High School was established in 1974 on the BHS campus. In 1979, Mesquite moved to the current location at 104 W. Drummond.

Historically, the school has served students who are at risk of not graduating though the traditional route.

However, recent enrollment includes many students who would prefer attending classes on a more intimate campus with fewer students, smaller class sizes and a chance to work at a faster pace to earn their high school diploma.

We operate under a full 6 year WASC accreditation and have been chosen as a California Model Continuation School three cycles in a row.
